Threshold Alerts

Threshold alerts are the most basic alerts that allow you to define an absolute or relative range in which the tracked metric can fluctuate without throwing an alert. However, if the measured value exceeds or falls below your defined thresholds, you will get notified immediately to take action.

We offer two different types of threshold alerts to track your KPIs:

1) Threshold – Absolute Value

This approach triggers an alarm when the observed value falls below or exceeds a defined absolute value. Use this type of alert if you wish to get notified in case you reach a certain target such as your sales quota for today.

2) Threshold – Relative Value

This approach triggers an alarm when the percentage difference of the observed value to its previous value falls below or exceeds a defined range. Use this alert type if you wish to track the number of visitors on your website and get notified in case you have 50 % less visitors on your website today compared to yesterday.
