Change & Upgrade Plan

You can access and review your current datapine plan in the account settings. There you will have access to on overview of the full package that you have booked including all features and Add-Ons.

Note: You can choose a plan while you are on a free trial. After you’ve signed up, just contact your account manager if you wish to change your plan.

 

Update your Payment Information

 

In case you wish to update your Credit Card details please contact us at support@datapine.com. We will then reset your payment details and let you know when you can login and add your new credit card in the Plan & Billing section.

  1. Let us know that you wish to change your Credit Cards details at support@datapine.com. After we gave you the go login into your account and access the setting section with a click on Settings in the upper right corner of the navigation bar.
  2. Select Plan & Billing from the settings menu above.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the Payment Information and add your credit card details.
  4. Click Subscribe to save the new credit card. If you already have a plan in place, clicking subscribe won’t change the duration of the original subscription.
